Product Description
Steady-state (constant acceleration, centrifugal) acceleration test bench is used for aerospace, aviation, weapon equipment, components and other electrical and electronic products subjected to the force (except gravity) generated by the steady-state acceleration (constant acceleration) environment. and component adaptability and performance integrity. In addition, the electrical parameters of the test samples are evaluated under the steady-state acceleration environment. Verify whether the test product can work normally under the expected use environment under the steady acceleration stress and the bearing capacity of the structure.
There are two types of constant acceleration test benches, one is a turntable steady acceleration test bench, and the other is a rotary arm steady acceleration test bench. The turntable type has a small diameter, high rotation speed and large centrifugal acceleration, and is mostly used for small electronic devices, and can carry out tests of 2 to 20 stations at the same time. The jib type has a strong bearing capacity, and can choose different jib lengths and rotation speeds according to needs to generate a constant outward acceleration on the outermost part of the jib. The testing machines are all driven by motors, and the speed of the turntable or arm is adjusted by frequency conversion to achieve the purpose of adjusting the test acceleration.
