  • FUJI VIBRATION STATIC CENTERING UNIT SHAKERS AMPLIFIER FOR VIBE TESTING





    FUJI VIBRATION AMPLIFIER use linear bearings, in place of the more common suspension systems, to produce virtually zero axial stiffness and virtually zero mechanical damping. When combined with Data Physicslinear amplifiers, operating in current mode, the resultant system force output will exhibit typically less than 1% electrical damping and the phase shift between drive current and force output will be typically less than 1°.



    Compatible with the entire range of FUJI VIBRATION modal exciters, this unit serves two different purposes depending on which exciter is connected.

     

    When paired with FUJI VIBRATION-4827 or FUJI VIBRATION-4828, the unit provides variable stiffness to the armature suspension and correctly centres the armature in relation to both the exciters housing and to the device under test (DUT) in order to ensure it is in the zero position.

     

    Alternatively, when paired with FUJI VIBRATION-4824, FUJI VIBRATION-4825 or FUJI VIBRATION-4826, the unit applies electrical pre-tensioning force to the tension-wire stinger linking the exciter and the input transducer attached to the DUT.
